This module provides information for collaborative conferences or conversations between the educator and evaluator. Providing high-quality feedback to all individual educators based on classroom observation evidence to promote PD.
Module 5 leader training focuses on the last step in a professional growth model process. Leaders will be introduced to the concept of teacher evaluation "effectiveness data" being utilized to align with individual educator professional development.
