This is where JIGSAW School offers guidance in all aspects of enhancing leader skills specifically focused on professional growth educator evaluation systems.
JIGSAW School provides self-paced leader training devoted to "what skills, behaviors, and knowledge align to successfully supporting educator professional growth and development. Additionally, JIGSAW School provides tools and resources in support of school or district instructional teams in establishing procedures and timelines for evaluation updates.
Finally, JIGSAW School provides resources for school leaders establishing leader PLC's. Resource topics range from time management strategies to the creation of distributed leadership processes within the school.
